These terms govern your use of pakoocreative.com (the “Website”), operated by Pakoo Creative Studio, Tallinn, Estonia (“Pakoo”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About the Website

The Website presents our studio, our services and examples of our work. It is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Website is a binding offer: the scope, price and timeline of any project are agreed separately in writing.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, illustrations, animations, videos, logos and the design of the Website, is owned by Pakoo or used with the permission of its owners, and is protected by Estonian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Works shown in our portfolio were created for our clients. Client names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are displayed for portfolio purposes only.

You may view the Website and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Website in any way that is unlawful, that could damage, disable or overload it, or that interferes with anyone else’s use of it, including attempting to gain unauthorised access to its systems.

The Website contains links to third-party websites and embedded content, such as YouTube videos and our social media pages. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.
